Here is a list of all 70 base traits, identified using the Vault-Tec Perks poster and SPECIAL videos, and comparing them to previous Fallout games. Every point you put into a skill unlocks access to a new perk, and those perks can be improved as you gain experience. Deciding how to allocate points across the seven SPECIAL traits (Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck) is more important to your character than ever before. Fallout 4 will feature a streamlined perk system that is based on attribute levels.
